Growth

Is inevitable, we all grow from day to day, as a seed grows into a flower - it may not feel like it sometimes, when times are hard or we are feeling at odds with ourselves or the world - it may feel like we are contracting rather than growing, and maybe we are. Contracting and growing are really the same thing. Contracting could be thought of as a time to reflect and let go, and let the world continue to go around and around without us wanting or feeling the need to contribute. Pausing from thought rather than for thought -  So take the time to be still. What do you notice?

Existence

Consider this - there is only one moment, that is now, and that you are an eternal spirit.
